Payments Cover

Price includes all building services and construction materials necessary for the project, including finish materials.

Estimate includes the removal of rubbish and packaging via a skip.

Payment Schedule:

1. A 10% deposit of the total quote is required to secure booking, deductible from the final bill.

2. First payment: 20% of the quote in cash due on the first day for materials.

3. Second payment: 50% of the balance due on the first Friday.

4. Third payment: 25% due the following Friday.

5. Final balance is due upon completion.

Tiling Costs:

Prices quoted for tiling are based on ceramic tiles including aluminium tile trim. For other materials such as porcelain, marble, stone, or mosaic, prices will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Guarantee:

All work is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of completion, excluding products covered under their own manufacturer's warranty.

Additional Work:

Every effort is made to provide an accurate estimate. Unforeseen additional work may be necessary, which will be discussed and confirmed in writing with the customer before commencement. Additional costs will also be outlined beforehand.
